Always friendly and very helpful. I have been to shops where either the guys don't know what they're doing (have had my engine stall out after a simple oil change) or I've felt like I was being taken advantage of simply because I am a female. I never got that experience here. And the prices are fair as well.
I have been going to Brian and his team at Finn Tire for close to 7 years now and have recommend them to my friends. Brian tells me the truth about what's going on with my car. For example, I recently visited my Subaru dealer for a recall and they gave me a long list of all the things that they said needed to be fixed on my car. When I took that list to Brian and and why he hadn't brought any of this up with me, he examined the car again and basically said that really none of what was on the list needed to be done. The dealership had just assumed that the certain things needed to be fixed, but hadn't actually looked. Brian could have easily agreed with the list and made a lot of money off of me. But he didn't. That's why I trust him. Good value for trustworthy service. Can't do better than that.
Finn Tire is the only place I will take my car. Brian and the team have taken amazing care if my cars and treated me unbelievably well. They explain everything in detail and spend as much time with me as I need too answer my questions. There are never any surprises. I have never had an issue with the work. I have referred a lot of people there.
